8 hours, my poorboy installed 14 volts at idle this is going to make a great bike even better. Now to put my hand warmers and a few more lights on!

Just wondering, my poorboy on and the alternator is charging great but my cooling fan makes a lot more noise. The fan is not hitting anything didn't know if this was normal or if I need to be looking for another fan unit.

may or may not be hitting anything, could be that just has better voltage to power it now so as such it runs faster and makes more noise

With the Poorboy installed, the radiator should be pushed enough away from the frame to allow you to get your hand in there. See if the fan has any unnecessary movement. Worse case is you will need to remove the radiator to thoroughly test the fan.
The fan motor has bearings and they may be getting sloppy.
See if the fan rotates freely and without binding.
Make sure the fan is bolted securely to it frame and the frame is bolted securely to the radiator.
Bench test if possible.
Because of potential coolant switch failure, I installed a manual switch which allows me to turn on the radiator fan.
