OEM Seat and Markland Backrest

I've got an OEM Black seat and a Black Markland backrest for sale. Seat cover and padding are in good shape. Seat was repadded about a year before it came off bike. The seat was repadded in the front, back was still good. Seat has about 35k miles on it. The new padding made it more confortable but still not what I was looking for.
Backrest was made by Markland and is in good shape. Its only defect is one of the three snaps that hold the bag on back of backrest has pulled through. I'm looking for $100 for the seat and $75 for backrest. If you'd like both $150 with $50 shipping in US. Last seat I sent was about $45 via UPS.
