How does one put pictures on text

Would dearly love to put pics on as well as writing how does one don that ????

I just use a photo hosting account like Photobucket. Once you have your photos loaded just click on direct link (copy) then paste the link in the forum. You can set your account to automatically resize all your photos to 640 x 480

When you reply or start a new post, below where you put your text you will see a section that says "Upload attachment "
If you have a picture you wish to place on the forum (keep the resolution reasonable 640x480 is a good start) click on "browse" a box will open where you can browse to the picture on your computer, when you have selected the picture click "Add the file" you can then either finish your text or click "Submit"

I used to use a file storage but when it disappeared all the photographs disappeared, that is the reason if you search old posts you might not see the pictures that were on that file storage.
