New Stainless Steel Motad Exhaust with Extensions
I purchased this new complete S.S. Motad exhaust system in February 2008. I just now got around to installing it because I pulled the engine to install a new "Rick's Stator" for the alternator.
I also ordered the stainless steel extensions at the same time and at the time, the extensions cost me $119.95 ,,,,,,but to me it was worth it because they are made to fit and they do look good.
I am going to try and include photos.
The header discoloring from heat will polish up.

No more rust worries. Highly reliable.

I also purchased a new set of Honda OEM mufflers about six months or so before this. They are still in the original Honda OEM packaging and box if anyone may be interested. I have a for sale post in the "For Sale Forum".

Shore looks perty! How long would you estimate it took you for the actual work?

Justing working on the exhaust, removing the OEM and installing the new Motad, probably about 2~3 hours.
But I am also doing a bunch of other work.
Pulled the engine to install new alternator "Rick's Stator.......
Overhauled complete front suspension with new upper fork tubes......
Overhauled all 4 carbs using RANDAKK'S carb kits........

And a little misc. other work.........
