that filter appears have the 2nd opening for the ltd/sei

it appears to be a K&N wannabe,personally i'd just as soon as have stock one or equivalent if i wasn't getting a K&N, imho

all things considered its probably equivalent to an stock one

one thing to ponder,an air filter that DOESN"T get dirty is worthless,and why you ask,simple air filters designed to correctly clean dirty air 100% efficiently,if it doesn't just where do you think the dirty air went

ask a bus fleet owner in mid-maryland about using a cheaper filter that lasted 66K miles on a MCI tour bus where the Napa/Wix filters only lasted 45K miles before the air sensor went off and told the mechanics that the filter needed to be serviced,make sure you ask him how much he saved on those "filters" when he had to overhaul four of his engines because of filters having element failures and allowed unfiltered air into engine,cost $40,000+, his napa bill for bus filters was only $3000 average for next five years i serviced his account

and dont ask an opinion on #$%^ or ()^#@! or @#%!& either ....dont get me started [-X [-X

I use the HiFlo chrome spin on oil filter and I am very happy with them. I have a HiFlo air filter in my bike now and it seems to work just fine.
