missing vacuum hose....
I just noticed I am missing a hose on carb #3.

Take a look and tell me where it goes?

I don’t think there’s supposed to be one there; it’s a plugged port, unless it’s a California thing. Here’s a pic of mine with all the hoses still attached.

I found these on the web a couple years back when I first pulled my carbs and changed all my vacuum hoses. I hope they help.

Thanks for the help..I plan on changing all my vacuum lines so both those pics help a bunch.

It appears you have the California model as it looks like you have a purge control valve. I agree, it looks like a plug, though the picture is so close, it is hard to get my bearings. Does the bike run? If so, how well does it run? Keep us posted.
