85 Aspy no turn signals or horn

Hello all,

I have been bringing an 85 Aspy back to life. I fixed a lot of hacked up wiring and did the dogbone to auto blade main fuse upgrade. The bike is running fairly well; I believe I have some carb work to do, There is some popping from them now and then.
But the real reason I'm writing is that the turn signals and horn do not work.
I have pulled the switch apart and cleaned up contacts. ( Almost had a heart attack when one of those dinky ball bearings hit the concrete and stated rolling. All I heard was "tick, tick" and it was gone. Luckily my 12 year old daughter has better eyes than me. After I looked for an hour she found it in about 45 seconds!)
So I re installed the cleaned up switch and still nothing.
Do these switches just plain go bad and a cleaning isn't going to fix it??
All the fuses are good and the wiring there is in good shape.
By the way, the hazard lights flash, so I know the bulbs are good too.
Any advice?
Right now I'm thinking of looking for a new switch assembly....What do you all think?

There are 2 different relays for the flashers, one for the turn signal, one for the emergency flashers....

Finding the flasher relay for the turn signals would be a start
