85 ltd... are these OEM or after market upgrades?

so comparing pics of many LTD's on the interweb, mine appears to have a few things that I'm trying to determine if they're factory upgrades, or some third party after-market parts...

the painted plastic engine covers below the tank...
front disc brake covers
front caliper covers
fairing piece w/ turn lights below the fan (below cornering lights)

I'm just wondering if they're stock/upgrades, or if people remove them for some functional reason (like heat issues, etc...)

that was fast, thanks Neo! oh yea, at your suggestion i ran a can of Seafoam through it over a few tanks and adjusted the idle up a bit and it's running like a champ! thanks for your time last week! (and it was the trunk light, lol)
