2 Bumps,...... maybe I better comment :d !! Can't believe it's been a while,....Hello Eveyone!! Any way since last update, I sheared off my horns on a post at the Gas station :- , not paying attention and put new ones on. I also add a few more lights in the rear (Led), extra turn lights and an extra brake strip as a blinking/stop light!! ( Almost went to Heaven before my assigned time :YMPRAY: ) Trying not to make the bike look like a Christmas Tree but what do ya do!! Still haven't put on the other carb, did more riding last year! Did find an inexpensive sheep skin, makes a world of comfort :x and finally got the driver's backrest on!! And I have been out this year already for some short rides!! \:d/ Coffee Time later,..Bob ~O)

Just a suggestion regarding the cars coming up from behind and not seeing you…. Pump your brakes in such a way as to cause your brake light to flash.

It helps to grab their attention.

(I know ALL your students are always looking in your mirrors and keeping track of where the cars are, right? Do this when riding and more importantly when you are stopped!)

good idea Bob ~O) ~O) ~O)
enjoying the view from the saddle....... due mainly to the people and information found within this site

Thanks 175, problem is if I do that, the brake flasher will not reset itself and I have to wait at least 15seconds for it to reset. It blinks for awhile and then goes solid after that if I'm there for some time I will flash the rear brakes!! Thanks :YMCOWBOY:

Getting ready for Wing Ding! :d

Mind you, I have an early 1100 Interstate..

My EBC front discs are in, and I'm waiting for the rear to arrive.

I've almost got all my parts assembled to convert my cable clutch to an early 1200 hydraulic clutch. My Shindy master cylinder is on the way.

I have a spare rear drive from e-bay ready to go on because the large seal in my old one has begun to leak. I can bench the one while I ride the other.
Too many forums, never enough time!

I was going to put seals in my rear hub also, got some seals but when I tried to do the job I had to give up!! Had to surrender to defeat and put her back together,...... :-L I didn't have the right tools. She didn't leak so I put it all back together after I lubed the splines. No leaks but I have an extra rear hub just in case,...bummer :-W !!! Either ya love them or hate them!!!! :x \:d/ Wouldn't trade mine for any other,..........well maybe a Valk :YMPRAY: !!Later :d :YMCOWBOY:
