I decide to replace the fan with Yamaha R6 small fan it's powerfull, I will test if it's enouth for GL1200

seams surface area is awful small wont that hinder cooling?

I have saw a lot of sport bike with bigger radiator than GL, but with one smaller fan Wink... I will put another FAN if it will not cooling enougth...

You can look CBR600RR and CBR1000RR have big radiator and small fan Wink

Yeah that idle pulley idea was pretty cool. You must have a machine shop? I mean your making 4 inch pulleys and idler pulleys???? I have a hard time making a cup of coffee around here :lol:

I'm looking to change my INTERSTATE in LTD, because I'm busy with my work I have less time for my bike :cry:

Idle pulley creation... :d Here was made pulley for alternator.


I made idle pulley because my belt 825mm is vibrating at high rotation and touch the retainer of fan, you can see in picture that my radiator is very close to engine.

Poorboy thx for your invention, I just modernize...
