It won't matter if ole Bob has a banjo or not if it's in the middle of the winter with one of those "bone chill'n" winds a-blow'n. You'd never see anything offensive...even with telephoto lens. ...and I'm sure that wouldn't be any different for any of us...males. Brrrrrrrr

That was fun Ron and informative. Ray is one knowledgeable dude and he still hangs out here occasionally.

Vic runs a very nice forum and I visit often just to see what everyone else has been experiencing. The info I have read on this site is just awesome.

I don't post much because I don't consider myself knowledgeable enough to help but, I do love to read all of the different posts.

I hope that one day there might be something I can add but, till then, keep up the great work!

Just wondering if there is still some interest in the old girls, or has everyone moved on?

Still interested, very interested, but probably like many others here and on other forums, I lurk a LOT!! Since most of this and other forums are based on technical info, a non-techy such as myself have little to contribute. That is a statement and not a complaint as I and others find this forum a vault of invaluable information! I, too, think that input to any forum is a seasonal thing as we move to and from the 'region' of our keyboards.

Speaking for myself now, I have become much wiser in my old age {64} to the value of these "old girls" since I went through Corvettes and muscle cars like water over the dam in my confused youth!!

I feel it will be impossible to "lose interest" in any Goldwing once a person owns one. Like my beautiful bride, I will never lose interest or miss the wonderful feelings and sensations of having spent some of my life with her or my "Old Goldy"!!!...........Roger

I was a member at the old group and didn't listen when it was time to move. Then I came across a link back to here and knew I needed to get back on.
I am at NGW also but you can not get enough good advise! It is like having two mentors to check with.

I too have got a lot of information from this site. I thank you all for being there for us newbie's of old wings. I also have been riding as much as I can but our wet summer is comming to a close and since I hit a deer last weekend, I'm pretty much done for this year. The damage wasn't all that bad, I drove her home. We drove away but the deer didn't make it. Anyway I do appreciate all that you guys have in this site. My local mechanic refers some of his customers with old wings to contact me for information about them.
