Gas Tank Gurgle
I was fooling with the bike this evening and after shutting it off, I heard this strange noise. Sounded like a coffee pot perculating. I removed the gas cap and the noise was coming from inside. The tank is on "empty" but the fuel warning lamp isn't on yet. When I turn the petcock off, the noise disappears Confusedhock:
Has anyone else come across this? Since it goes away when the fuel is shut off, I have to think it's fuel perking out of the fuel pump?
Does anyone know for sure whether or not these pumps have one way check valves or not? I'm relatively certain an LTD/SEI would, to maintain rail pressure. :?

I heard it as I was tuning my bike after shutting it off. I thought it was water boiling as the bike was hot.
