85 LTD wont start

My 85 LTD that i am restoring will not start. I has good spark but the injectors are not firing at all. if i spray fuel in the air intake it runs until the fuel is gone. What can be causing all 4 of the injectors to not fire. The ECU is giving me the codes (LED 3 blinking and LED's 0,1,and2 blinking.) Which means injectors and timing stopped. what does this mean and how can i fix it.

I got the darn thing figured out. Some one hooked up the wires to the resistor to the wrong plug. Fixed that it she stared right up
