Dash Indicator Light

Hi, I'm new to goldwings, I bought an '86 SEi this winter and the grin never leaves my face now. I have almost no technical knowledge but have an annoying problem, the dash tail light indicator light stays lit. When I got the bike it had one burned out tail light bulb which I replaced and it now works fine but the dash indicator list stays lit. Any suggestions?

are you running regular bulbs, or leds?
