Vic;
This calculator is a great help, unfortunately it is limited. An easier method is using an excel spreadsheet. 8) I have set a couple up that i use, either litres/imperial gallons/US gallons. Anyone is interested PM me.............. :wink: Howard 8) 8)

Hey Rollen. I just bought an 86 SEi with the trip computer but no owners manual. Is yours the same? If so, would you consider scanning/selling me a copy of it? I can't seem to find one anywhere. Jesse.

My 1200 Trike does 21-24 mpg [Imperial] and just now here in the UK petrol [gas] is £1.30 per lire [$2.10 US] So that is $9.53 per Gallon. So thats like 10 dollars to go 25 miles.[ And you think you got it bad] Predicted to hit £1.40 a litre soon. We had litres forced on us in the early 90s, we hate litres, thats why we still work in Miles per gallon and miles per hour. The UK is crazy. We went decimal in 1971 but it only partly took off. We now have a mixture of metric and imperial. We have litres for duel but speed limits are in miles per hour, as are our speedos. Road signs are in metres though [e.g road works 800 metres]. We have to weigh items in shops in kilograms and grams, but we weigh ourselves in pounds. Timber [lumber] is the most crazy. You can buy a length of 2 inch by 2 inch timber but they only sell it in metre lengths???. Madness. Daveski UK |
