New owner 1985 LTD

Hi all, I found this site and joined straight up. I recently bought a 1985 GL1200 LTD which i absolutely love. I am in Toowoomba QLD Australia.

Glad to see you here, Mick. Congrats on the new bike. I have an 85 Interstate and really like it.
Unfortunately there is not as much traffic here as there once was. I still come by every so often to see. Wish you luck with your new ride. Dave / Believer45
1985 GL1200I bought in 2012. Russell Day Long seat, PoorBoy alternator, Markland boards, radio deleted, USB ports and voltmeter added, multiple other bits to make it mine.

Hi Mick,
Unfortunately Dave is right and there is not much traffic now, but who knows, maybe when more people start joining, it will become more interesting. Welcome to the site. anyway. I have an 86 Interstate and like it very much but I would like to get an Aspencade again (I used to have a very nice one but had to sell it due to some circumstances).
