I made a video of my visit to the American Day 2022 at Blues & Rock Café 'Die Twee' in Bergen op Zoom (in the Netherlands).
Mostly Harley's but also a blue GL1200 and ofcourse I was riding my red GL1200.

A group of riders of the old type, the four-cylinder Goldwing holds a tour every few years, the GoldWing 4 Cylinder Classic Tour.
The GoldWing 4 Cylinder Classic Tour 2022 departed from camping Familyland in Hoogerheide and Motormobilist paid a visit.

Trouble with the Goldwing
I was taking a ride through Bergen op Zoom (a city in the South of the Netherlands) when I noticed that my direction indicators were no longer working properly. Instead of indicating left or right, the hazard lights came on.....

Electrical problems with the Goldwing.
With my BMW R1200GS I rode to Motorservice Ossendrecht to see if the electrical problems with the Goldwing had already been solved. (Spoiler alert: No)

The Goldwing rides again.
After some electrical problems, the Goldwing was repaired by John of Motorservice Ossendrecht.
It was nice to finally ride home again on the Goldwing.
BTW, the BMW R1200GS is still for sale.

In the motorcycle accident that my son Vincent had in June, his BMW f650GS was totaled. After six months of recovery and rehabilitation, he starts looking for a new motorcycle. He finds a BMW R1200ST and decides to test ride this motorcycle. How does the engine ride? And does it fit in the alley? And what is it like to get back on the bike after an accident and six months of not riding?
I followed him on his testride on my Goldwing.
