1. Poor Boy Alternator Conversion Kit
2. Franks Forks, 1985 GL1200L stock length fork tubes
3. AK-20 AXXION cartridge and springs installed by Traxxion Dynamics in Woodstock GA (the entire front suspension shipped to Traxxion in Woodstock GA because of machining required)
4. Hyperpro model 360 TS rear shocks
5. Russell Day-Long with heat in both seats - production date 5-28-2019

What is the name or P/N or function of the "butchered" black sheetmetal cover plate in the two (2) photos attached? Can I get a replacement cover from Honda or from an individual or parts store on this forum?
