Buying a GL1200 LTD- What to look for?

Hi everybody,

As a GL500 Interstate owner I´m looking forward to step up to a Gl1200 LTD. I found one on the internet, not far from my home, in mint condition for C$ 4500 with 60000 Km.
My question is now, what should I look for when checking out the bike. I also think, the price is to high. It shouldn´t be more than 4000.

What are your tips?
