cooling fan
Hi,
I got the Poorboy alternator kit to fit, but was wondering if fitting an after market fan such as a perma cool unit would give more room than keeping the stock fan as the permacool is some 20mm thinner, would this save having to cut the existing fan unit up?
This is going on a 1985 Interstate.

I installed a similar fan but still had to do a little trimming but it worked fine, not to the blades though
The only stupid questions are the one's that are not asked.

Do you happen to know what size fan can be fitted & what cfm would I need to match OEM fan?
