Final driver rubber damper replacement

I'm new to this site and live on Vancouver Island Canada looking for help from you fellow riders. Can anyone tell me were I can get replacement final drive rubber dampers for my 1985 GL1200 Aspencade. The rumor is Honda doesn't make them but some machinist has built some. HELP!

A couple of years ago we had a member that replaced them but that source dried up he no longer can do it.

a replacement wheel is the only other method
