Bad wiring at the trailer, that's why I like to include a fuse.
That's a sad sight to see.

Because I never , ever want to see a GL1200 like that is the precise reason I tell folks to put a circuit interrupter, fusible link, fuse or breaker in the alternator conversion main power wire.
