rough running popping on throttle roll off

Ok eliminated the exhaust leaks bike sounds quieter popping is totally gone. Knocking is still there and don't know if it is because the leaks are gone but seams louder. Still low power, knocking at 3500 rpm.
Also knocking when she is warmed up (4bars on temp gauge)at most rpms now.
