finally have it
Ok so I finally have an original hondaline CB for my aspencade. this unit is in great condition with the chrome cover as well but I noticed two things I'm not too happy about. first of all the holes for the Audio Vol control are not drilled into the cover, neither is the Cut out for my locking plate's lock to fit into. Not that I think it would be a major issue to drill/ cut either. but i'm not seeing now my plate is meant to attach at the top unless it hooks onto the vol knobs. any thought. Oh did I mention that its complete with all but the push to talk switch. lol
I've also added in the pics my newest patch for my vest

Personally I wouldn't bother using the chrome cover, it will only reflect sunlight in your eyes anyway

tricky I have the chrome switch board in that loacation at the moment and it has yet to put the sun in my eyes. but i will keep it as a thought.
