No such thing as a CHEAP 1200 more like "Low Cost"

Enjoy.

I have been enjoying mine for the past 26 years

Nice 'Wing. Welcome to the site.

There are several members from BC who will no doubt be in touch. I was in Prince George for many years before moving to Calgary in 2011.

There's some very preliminary discussion about the AB, BC and US Pacific NW members getting together next summer in Creston. We'll keep you posted.

Nice bike. Looks like an aftermarket seat and backrest or are they re-covered?

Welcome from over on Vancouver Island. There are several B.C. members here, some quite close to you.

That's a nice clean looking bike.

If as time goes on you have issues with it a good search on this site will likely uncover a world of information, and if that fails it is likely that at least a few others on this site know how to help.

Hello and welcome to the site.
I'm not from BC, but Georgia, just north of Atlanta.

Here is where I have ridden my 1984 GL1200I
I completed the lower 48 states in August 2009, riding the whole way with my Dad
