1986 INTERSTATE How to get to Tachometer and Speedometer

What needs to be disassembled and in what order, on the faring to access the instrument cluster(tachometer/speedometer). This is a 1986 Honda Goldwing Interstate. I have a tach that is sluggish in colder weather and I believe it needs to be lubricated. How do you get to it? THANK YOU.

The tach is electric, no cable. Don't if can be serviced or not. Poorboy
