Silver Star headlight

I keep seeing good reviews of the Silver Star headlight and would like to install one in my 86 Aspencade. Not sure about the part number though. Is it a 4561ST or a 4556ST or neither? I'm asuming that the stock alternator can handle it?

Memory (all be it rather dim lately) tells me it is 9003ST. :?:
