Rear brake squeal
Rear brakes are squealing and can't see anything obvious, do I need to dismantle or ??

I would say yes so that you could lubricate the back of the brake pads where they make contact with the pistons and the caliper, also lube the pins lightly and lube the caliper slides as well. Make sure you use disk brake lubricant only. You can also slightly bevel the leading edge of both pads using a file or sandpaper.
