Ian's experience
I've used NGK iridium plugs since 2004. The set installed right now have lasted for 20,000 km and are doing just fine. I'm told they should be good for 100,000 km but we'll keep an eye on them and change them out as necessary.

BOTH of you are running Aspencades, so why were your experiences so completely different with iridium plugs? I'd like to understand.

As you see above, I've been raving about the iridium plugs. But in some people's Wings they don't seem to work out. Why not? :-\ :-\ :-\

That's a good question? Maybe I got a bad batch. I think I will try them one more time and see how it turns out. There is no reason they should fail like that on my bike.
