Flashing LED
OK, I finally remembered to turn on the flashing LED light on my bike last light and I let it run for 12 hours. This morning I turned it off and tested the battery with a DVOM and got a reading of 12.58 volts. IMO it did nothing to my battery. I feel I could leave it blinking for days and the bike would still start.

I hope you get you switch problem figured out and get it working like I got mine. Good luck!

That seems realistic for a flashing LED, they hardly draw an current.
