pulse generator wire connetion

Reading hear in this fourm I read that the pulse gen. could be wired to the wrong spark plug. Could someone explain that to me and tell me which one goes with which pllugs. I am working on a 87A. THANKS, Mel

A guy would have to physically cut wires off and reconnect them and for whatever reason I do not know because it would be an utterly dumb move.

The PG are an assembly which just plugs into the main harness, They are not individual, obviously you havnt got the new one or taken the old one off otherwise you would see this.
Like Vic says.......

well thanks guys I [u]didn't know , having to learn a lot as I go. The form here is a great help I read over a lot of post that others have posted. I know that a lot of times we interpit things different but I enjoy reading as I have my ~O) . Thanks, Mel

Welcome to the forum! Are you maybe thinking that the coils are possibly wired to the wrong plugs, and refering to them as pulse generators? |
