Hi All, Can anyone tell me where to get a mastercylinder rebuild kit? Also is there a kit to rebuild the anti-dive unit? Thanks in advance Brian **== Sorry, I forgot it is the rear master cylinder. :ymblushing:

Have you tried your local Honda dealer for the master cylinder kit?
Kits for all three, front, rear and clutch show as being available.

I don't think rebuild kits for the anti dive were ever available so you may have to order the parts you need individually but I could be wrong.

Does the 1500 use the same master cylinder as the 1200?

The master cylinder rebuild kit is the same for 1200/1500 on the front master.
However the post doesn't state which master cylinder.
Ebay search for gl1200 master cylinder strangely only returned 91 items.............. :-

Thanks Mike. I'd like to pick up a master cylinder with a good clear sightglass for my Wing.

I got the rebuild kit ordered from the site supplied by dadswiser, about half price than the local Honda shop. The kit is the same as the 1500 kit. Thanks to all. **==

I finally got the rebuild kit from Old Bike Parts. Good price @ $24.95, but not the twelve days to get it, the bad part is it shipped less than a hunderd from my house. They also have a $25.00 minimum order so I was 5 cents short  , so I ordered a oil filter so I could get the shipment. You also can't talk to them on the phone, everything is through e-mail. Kind of impersonal way to do business. But I guess the impontant part is I got the parts :YMAPPLAUSE: . **==
