My new E3's have arrived from GoldwingCountry.com
Nice and fresh,both have date code: ( 4809). Before i install them, anyone have any tips and ideas for new valve stems? Rubber,steel,straight, angled???? Thanks Douce |

i just put black rubber straight shorties on my E3's a week ago... work just fine... back is still a little tight but i can get my factory mother honda tire pressure guage that came with my bike to fit in there fine....

I use the short, straight black rubber stems because they are typically very reliable for long periods.

I just did my initial break in run of my new E3's. I think I'm going to really like these tires. The old tires liked to follow the cracks in the road, I couldn't get the E3's to do that.

Another bonus to the EIII's is that they handle so much better on gravel as well. The old EII's were sqirrely on gravel. Wait till you try your EIII's on wet pavement, you'll be amazed at how they hang on tightly in the wet corners.
