Progressive suspension 416 Air Shock's Cheep on Ebay
FYI - Here is a set of 416's and other GL1200 items on Ebay. Now sitting at $50 with no bids. I have a set on my bike and a hugh improvement with the ride.

Good Luck and ride safe.

The listing says they came off a bike but the photo makes you think they are new. They do look good. Might be a flurry of sniping when the listing ends.

The Seller only ships within the US according to the listing. Plus, he describes the item as a "shock" not "shocks". Could be a typo?

Hey guys....I just wanted to let you know of an "other" shipping option to Canada for parts. For the past several years, many members (and friends) of the ST1100 / ST1300 group that live in Canada (Toronto, Belleville, Kingston, Cornwall, Ottowa) area's, have their parts shipped to my house. I will then meet with them in Alexandria Bay, Ogdensburg or Massena for lunch and give them the parts. I only live about an hour away from the boarder and I am up that way at least once a month anyway. I'd be willing to do the same for this group if need be. Saves you on a boat load of cash for shipping and we get to meet for lunch ! Let Me know.....

Thanks for the heads up Scooter1. I only had several minutes to make up my mind and bid; and I did win them. I can not afford new shocks, but the wife and I are a heavy load on the bike and I think these will take care of our bottoming out issues.

cc, once you get them installed, how about posting a report on the installation and then a road test?

cc is in NE Ohio.... road test late May when the ice melts!!!!

Installation is a breeze and though my old shocks never bottomed out the bike the 416's are really nice!

I concur with Marty, the difference is almost magical and the installation is very straightforward.

I'm hoping Santa will come through with a set for me. I've certainly dropped enough hints, left Progressive print material lying around plus printed the web address for CycleMaxOhio (they have the best price!)! :YMPRAY:

Ian, before you buy check the price on the 416's from member GL1800 (Don) S.O.S that's where I got mine. He can have them shipped directly to you from the factory in California.
