You may want to do a search on the forum.
I believe I saw someone post last month that it was Out-of-business.

It's odd the website vanished and now its back. The phone number is still disconnected and all the email addy's are sent back undeliverable so I had no choice but to file a complaint with PAY Pal to get my money back. Hell I dont know if my items were shipped or not and since no one can be found its oh well. Sad, I was really looking forward to putting LED's on my 1200, I guess the karma wasnt right.

I guess that the dangers of dealing with a small company.
It is bad when emails don't get answered after the money is paid, fortunately you used Paypal.

There are other companies selling LED's if thats what you want maybe contact them.

Please William and all you other gentlemen out there but this is a quite normal trait for the average ( I was about to say redneck) male but also happens with women(me) as well. Pride goeth before the fall and all that. Some men just cannot deal with failure no matter what. And as far as we know just now, at least Jim has not taken his life or those of his family. You hear this in the news everyday. And again please know that I am not "bashing" men. this is most common in males but happens to females as well. I would wager that most of you out there would not admit to failure but in Jim's case he had a business which affected some of you all. I always had great service from Jim & I bought a lot more than just the 1200 light kits. Hell I even broke a light conversion kit part and he told me to send it to him & he'd fix it. He did and charged me naught. If you have been the victim of Jim's hard time, then deal with as has been mention in other post by going through PayPal. Instead of complaining just remember, it could be you next time.
PS He is also dealing with his wife being quite ill & you all in the US know what that means. Angela

Angela, I, like you, am sorry to hear one of our members is having difficulty. I sincerely hope Jim is able to get out of the situation he, along with thousands of others in this economy have found themselves in.
That being said, I must take exception to some of your statements. Cutting off communications with people and hiding from your responsibilities is not a normal trait for the average male. Maybe it's the company I keep but most people I know, male or female, when faced with adversity try to act responsibly. I pride above all else integrity and honesty. Something I learned from my father. The same man who when went broke running a logging business chose to pay off his debts and communicate with his creditors. The biggest issue I had to come to terms with when I worked ambulance in the skids was the prevailing lack of personal responsibility.
I know this may draw a little ire but for the 2 years I have been on this board this has been a continuing issue with Jim and his company. This is not something that just happened the last few months. Given his ongoing issues he has still taken orders that he knows he may have issues filling and then hidden from them. Not acceptable.
