William_86,

You asked a valid question, but received a less than desirable answer. I think these guys are really hard up by listing their store on e-bay. Most of the other vendors of parts for our bikes are doing well enough with their on-line sales that they don't even bother listing on e-bay. Apparently their reputation (as clearly evidenced here) has forced them to pursue customers through other venues. Are you sure you can't get the same parts from another vendor. I have always been able to find the same parts elsewhere for the same amount of money.

Thanks for the notice, I know I will never do business with these people!

Simply amazing they do business in this manner. William, I might suggest you forward your email and Saber's reply to Ebay. Maybe if Ebay get's a few complaints they'll pull the plug on these idiots. Their reply to you is totally inexcusable.

Dear sabercyclegoldwingparts,

I've heard that you are not customer friendly and i just proved it. thats quite an attitude, i find it very hard how you are still in business.

Ah and dont worry, you dont have to block me from bidding as i will NEVER BUY from you

when you get out of business dont even bother sending emails with offers you will get what you deserve.

Dear william86mx,

You are rude, dense, incapable of reading, and also we do not have to block you anyway. Grow upand learn to read, idiot. We clearly state that we do no Ebay business outside the USA, but with your pig head and arrogance you just plow on and ignore our clear terms. Then you have the total gall to try tell us off and YOU will not do business with us? Boy, you must be smoking some good coke these mornings!

Seriously William, forward those correspondences to Ebay along with the link you posted. I would refrain from any further debate with them. They don't seem to care about customers concerns and purport to have more business than they need. The only way to make a point is to hit them in the pocket book which if Ebay acts on enough complaints and kicks them off, will certainly achieve.
#8 08-12-2008, 12:17 PM,
I fully agree. Send the posts to eBay. These people have to be put out of their misery!

I wonder if who ever owns SyberCycle know that these type of e-mails are being sent from their business. If they do then they deserve to go down, if they don't and find out and fix the problem that could be a different story seeing as some people have had good luck with them. It could just be one person who has an attitude. I am not sticking up for them, I have never dealt with them but it could be just one jerk that needs to find another job.

Well I would have to say it like Mike--- Guess who I won't be buying from.
I also suggest that you send this information to e-bay and at the same time
contact the BBB in Sabercycles home town. Yes that complaint may also fall
on deaf ears but again - if we band together and spread the word these
indiviuals/ company will get what they deserve.

Thats exactly the type of response I got from them when I asked a similar question about shipping to Canada. Whoever responded did the same to me. Started with the french (frog) insults right off the bat, assuming eveyone in Canada is french, I for one am not, no offence by me. I was reasonable with my first reply's back to them, being civil & not trying to insult them. Then I got fed up with the insults & fired back with a few more of my own. They seem to take pleasure in just keeping it going back & forth like a little child.

I swore to never deal with them again. This happened about 2 years ago. Recently I did purchase something from them on thier website & was treated profesionally by the person running that. I only did this because they were the last place on earth that had a certain saddlebag rail that I wanted, that matched another I got on ebay from someone else. We even traded some emails back & forth as he used to live near me 20 some years ago. I would copy all those emails & send them to someone on thier website. The person I dealt with was named Gene. Goodluck & don't take that shit.

It would be nice if eBay would actually stand up for its registered users, but I am afraid this would fall on deaf ears. There are a lot of listing fees and the final percentage fees that eBay would lose. I'm not saying to not try it, but I wouldn't hold my breath for any satisfactory result in that regard. (Of course, I would be extremely pleased if eBay were to prove me wrong on this one!)

I'm sorry to say it William, but you will get nowhere with Saber Cycle. They are the most disgusting company out there and I still can't figure out how they stay in business. If you want some light reading check out this thread on the Steve Saunders site. Diane from Saber tries to justify being an a$$hole. She tries to blame all of the abuse on an employee who turns out to be her husband. http://goldwingfacts.com/forums/forum4/52273.html
