Tricky, it's that kind of weather that swayed me into buying a heated vest. It was that or put very few kilometers on.

Yiterp, that is hot. I don't think I have ever been in weather that was too hot to ride my bike; maybe close a few times but 109f is a killer.
Ride safe have fun and enjoy. Lane

108 degrees is way too hot. A few years ago, we were heading to Portland, OR on the bike and my wife damn near got heatstroke. Scary. We don't do that anymore.

Geez.........that is too darn hot!
Everybody here says "yeah, but it is a dry heat". I don't care if it is dry or humid, 108 is just plain scary hot. We have barely touched the 70's here so far this spring..... getting tired of riding with long sleeves and gloves :x
A rainy day off beats a sunny day at work any time..................

Sure would be nice to hit a happy medium instead of the extremes.

Yep - not much fun pushing a bike through 2 feet of snow at 20 below.
That said, I'll take our 25 C summers. |

74 was the high today and the next few days...you really don't mind the heat up to about 107 as the humidity is about 6%. At 117 even the pool wants shade!
