Radio Question-need suggestions

Hello, New Guy here...

Just purchased my first 87 Goldwing Aspencade all original, including the Panasonic radio and tape deck. The seller advised that the AM and cassett works but for some reason the FM stopped working last year while returning from a trip? When you turn it to FM you just hear static but AM works just fine...The cassett works great too, so I'm not sure what to do or check before I have to seek professional help.

Any suggestions would be wonderful, thanks again

Both AM and FM and tape signal go the the main amp through the same connection I would think that the fault would lie in the radio unit itself.

I would talk to the folks at Sierra.com
