sight glass replacement

I have a leaking sight glass on the brake reservoir and have sourced out some watch crystals to replace it with. Once I know the exact size to use I will do a replacement. What is the best material to seal in the new glass with? Silicone, epoxy or something different?

I like a product called Seal-All for things like that... It's even fuel proof...
