I talked to Wayne today. Great guy. Briefly . . . . he started taking the bike apart to paint it 5 years ago and never finished. He moved a couple of times, had another bike to ride and just never finished. The bike was short some parts when purchased but he wound up with another Interstate he could get any missing parts from. He SAID the bike had 10,000 miles on it . . . . It is too far for me to check out this weekend and there is other stuff going on but MAN if it was closer . . . . . He was getting calls on the bike. The 1200 motor was supposed to run well last time it was run and that was a while back. I think he said he removed the intake and carbs, still there, but don't quote me on that.
