Question: Back Light of the Instrument Panel

Hello, i was wondering if i could change the instrument panel bulbs with some nice blue or red led bulbs, is this possible?, has anyone tryed this before?.. does it work and look nice??, would it light the whole instrument panel xP?.




i want all the numbers bars to look blue or red like the new sport cars o.o

You would have to experiment but it could make for a nice effect in red. I wonder if you used candy apple red paint on the bulb if it would work? :?:

Yes you can, I put all white LEDs in mine and it looks great.

Not sure how bright colored LEDs would be.
