I bought the HS-G35 sets, Motorhead. They plug in to the factory outlets and provide access to intercom, cb, radio and tape player.

Hello all,
I got some great advise from you folks earlier on the intercom setup, and I'm still deciding if it's worth trying to piece together the Honda set or go with an after market unit. What's making this difficult to decide, is that on e-bay, people call the components they're selling, by incorrect and misleading names. So I have no clue as to what an item would cost, as I can't even decide if they're selling what I need. Which is why I wanted to see if anyone has an actual photo of the 'terminal component'. It seems it should have five cables/wires coming out of it with two more terminals for the cb. Thanks! John |

If you see a terminal component on ebay take a copy of the picture and show it to us, we can probably tell you if it is one or not.
Your right about the amount of cables. one from the headset terminal box one from the AVC box Two from the CB one to the power amp and two to the headsets.
The only stupid questions are the one's that are not asked.

I know this is a multichanger box from type 3, but just wondering if I could use it in place of the terminal component.
Or is it not compatible? Looking at the diagrams it seems type 3 has this box but not the terminal component. I'm a mental midget with these electronics so bear with me...Not too many terminal components on e-bay... Thanks, John |
