I own a 1986 GL1200I. One of the previous owners has rewired some of the bike and did not match the color of the existing wires. Does anybody know where I can get my hands on a wiring diagram shows the wire colors. Would make it easier to trace down what wires go where.

Just google for a user manual for your bike. Download it and print the wiring diagram
