Donations.....
I can appreciate and understand that over the years the hat has been passed around...I also realize that many have already contributed.

The reality is the site was 8 months behind in payment and the site was suspended.

There's way too much information on here to loose.

I have obviously paid last year's support fees and this year's will be due in 4 months.

There also will be cost due in November.

Any and all donations I receive will be pre-loaded to pay present and future debt to keep the site going.

Hit the donation button please.

Thanks.

As Ed's (Vic) wife Catherine, I thank Marty for getting the site back online. Ed certainly had great passion for our old goldwings and would be very pleased that the site continues, especially all the knowledge and the sharing. So that all of you may continue to ride on well kept old bikes, consider Marty's request and donate to the sites future.

With over 125 views on this thread I was fortunate to receive ONE donation...Thank you Earl.

As we get closer to the payment dates of the next couple of bills due, my hope is that I don't have to float this on my own.

I have worked on the site in the background for years but I also now realize how important it is to have access to all the information we have gathered.

If all active members chipped in just a couple dollars we could cover these costs...rather than just leaving it to the very few do.

From Vic's (Ed Belanger) wife Catherine
Thank you all for helping Marty keep the site alive with your donations. Vic would be happy to know the purpose and the important information of this site continues. It has only been 6-weeks since Vic died. I miss him more than I could have imagined and value following what is happening at gl1200goldwings.com. It brings me great comfort to see it continue.

I am not sure what I will be doing with our beautiful yellow goldwing, boxes of spare parts, or the trailer he built so I could haul it to our destinations. For now it has a place in the garage and I cry when I see it.

In a few weeks I will be closing his email account so if anyone wishes to contact me please do so using my address primecath@yahoo.ca

Again, thanks goes to Marty and those who are keeping the site running.

Hello Admins,

Just sent my PayPal donation for the site. Hope it helps.

Now that I have two Gold Wings in my stable I don't visit this site as often as I used to when my '87 GL1200A was my only ride. That said, I can assure you of this:

GL1200GoldWings.com is THE ONE INDISPENSABLE RESOURCE for anyone maintaining and riding a GL1200 Gold Wing. There is no other site on the Internet that contains more GL1200-specific data, how-to's, and general information than this site does.

As members, we simply can't allow this site to close down. It's too valuable!

So... rally the troops, and support the site!
