turn signals not working

good morning all new to site have been lurking for a long time. now the tech. question. turn signals stopped working on the way back from Ontario this week 4way flashers turn signals everything. honda's shop manual says to check the 20 amp. sub fuse so where did they hide it?

Trouble shooting electrical is a time consuming event, which is why labor is so expensive on electrical issues.
I recently traced the air bag fault light, no cruise control and no horn problem of my daughters used ford explorer to the 'clock spring' located under the steering wheel.
After testing the horns and the fuse, I followed the wires to the relay (although tested good, I replaced anyway), from the power center under the hood to the steering column, to the horn buttons and found complete wire failure with the clock spring. It took some time, my digital multimeter and some jumper wires to narrow down to the culprit.
Replaced it last weekend and all is now good as good can be......

I hope this at least gives you a direction to head in.

I know someone is going to say this was a bad idea. I had the same problem and could not figure it out. I ended up disconnecting the wires from the switch at the bottom of the steering column. Hasn't given me a problem since.
