I am trying to research my neutral light issue and have found the threads that would help. but I can't seem to view any pictures or pdf's on this website.
Any I attempt to open are "corrupted"??Huh
Anyone out there able to help me figute out why?

A few months ago we had a failure on the server, that failure caused us to lose a lot of our older files, the text is still there but pictures and PDF files were lost.
