The carbs were just rebuilt at the end of last summer. They used all new parts instead of just cleaning. Why they didn't replace the original cables at that time is beyond me. They are sticking now. I could clean and lube them but if I am going to go through all that work I will be putting new ones in. Thanks for the information. Our bike is touchy as to how you route the cables on the left side out from under the "false tank" bodywork. Any kind of pinch here will cause the throttle to bind a bit and stick off idle.
