Hey John,
is this what you need?

I have one, needs a good scrubbing.

Thanks for the reply. The rack I need does not hold a trunk. It is just a chrome tube along side and back of the seat. Mine broke into 5 pieces. I had a rack and trunk hooked to it. I guess it couldn't take the vibration. I' m presently using the rack
you have pictured. I have mounted a small trunk on it but it is constantly breaking a bolt or tang. I've had to repair and replace
it several times. I thought I would go back to the original model without a trunk. I tried to get it new from Honda but no luck.

Thanks Again,
John T.

since the current trunk mount you are using is normally used in conjunction with saddlebags you will probably have to fabricate some support rods to the area to the rear muffler attachment point to prevent breakage of that bolt on the finder
i would imagine on the standard they just weren't designed to do what you are doing

HI,
I have added two supports to the rear of the carrier, down to the rear pegs.
After 1100 miles it seems to be holding. I would still like to find the original standard rack.
This would put the bike back in original condition.

Thanks John T.
