Wiring Diagram for T/S Converson Kit - jbmike7 - 09-15-2007 Was wonderining if anyone could show me how to wire the T/S kit for my '84 GL1200A in the trunk?. PO had so many cuts and splices in the original wiring and the T/S's are not working and I just don't know were to start. Regular T/S work fine. A picture of how I should splice into the original wiring would really help!!!. Thanks in advance!!!. - SIR tricky - 09-15-2007 If your talking about the Add on kits for the trunk, if I am not mistaken there are two bulbs in there, If you want one bulb as a tail light wire up as shown if you want it as a brake light use the Green/Yellow wire. This you can wire up behind the light in the trunk. For the turn signal I would run the wires down to where they come out of the rubber cover under the seat. as shown. The red dots denote a spade or bayonet connection, makes life easier if you need to take of the trunk.
