Low Mileage Aspencade For Sale - Scot Thompson - 11-10-2014 Well....I guess I am going to part with my pristine 1985 Gold Wing Aspencade. I bought a GL1800 and I can't justify keeping both. This bike runs fantastic and is very dependable. Current mileage is 31, 800 but I still ride it. It has new (6/14) Dunlop Elite 3 tires, battery is an AGM new in June, a Poor Boy alternator installed in July even though the factory still functions somewhat, and it is loaded with goodies, mostly Drag Masters...even has a like-new custom bag for the luggage rack! I rode this to Kansas this year from NC and yesterday I rode it over the mountain and back; I will continue to ride it in these mountains...so mileage is increasing a bit. It averaged 42 mpg on the trip with a high of 50.4 and a low of 37.6 mpg. It starts, idles and cruises perfectly. This is a great bike and I've gone through most everything on it. I will ask $3500 in the spring. If you buy it before Christmas, $2900! Located in western North Carolina.
